When you simply want to feel better on an everyday basis, reduce discomfort or pain, on a lasting basis. Progressively building understanding and awareness on how you actually move your body will allow to vary and naturally chose easier moves and better body organisation.
The lessons take place in a calm, neutral and friendly environment to develop your sensitivity to individual existing movement patterns and build your skill to explore different and potentially better alternatives.
• In group lessons for 5 to 12 people (1h), each participant receives verbal instructions for a strategic series of gentle moves, in positions from lying to standing. Step by step this exploration will uncover better, more suited ways of making the body move. Typical themes include basics such as getting up, turning around to look behind or walking leisurely...
• In Individual lessons of 1h30, the participant is directly guided in exploring and improving his/her body organisation through the teacher’s touch and feedback. This is the occasion to work on very personal wishes such as less tension or pain in the lower back or more freedom in the shoulders.
