When your professional activity depends on your physical body skills, discomfort or pain can waste precious energy and divert attention. Instead, good functional and easy movement improves the quality of your work.

Lessons take place in a calm, neutral and non-competitive environment, the priority is given to exploring the existing movement patterns or habits as a prerequisite to learn distinguishably better alternatives.
 

•    Thematic group workshops focus on typical mobility problems or needs. They can last 50mins or 1h30. Following verbal instructions, each participant carefully explores his own patterns and subsequently potential alternatives individually. Typical themes can be optimising standing or sitting posture while working.

•    Individual lessons of ca. 60 mins allow working on very individual concerns or wishes, such as providing better stability or facilitating sitting on a stool while manipulating a specific instrument. (musicians, dentists…)
